Builds Rooftop HVAC units by assembling various complex component parts.

Uses a computer for assembly drawings.

5+ years’ experience in hospitality management, including 2 years in restaurant management. Luxury hotel experience preferred.

Knowledge of all beverages to include liquors and wines

Knowledge of all menu items to include prep time, preparations, sauces, allergies, and accompaniments

Minimum one year bartending experience in high volume bar or restaurant

Minimum of two (2) years of bar management experience

Manages, trains, monitors and coaches bar and waitstaff

Experience managing and training hourly team members

DC ABRA Manager's License preferred

Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook and Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
