Technical skills including FTIR, DSC, TGA, LC-MS, GC-MS, HPLC, UPLC, SEC, GC, and mechanical material characterization

Relevant industry experience in sales or retail account management

Effectively lead and execute National Retail Organization (NRO) retail priorities, including training, management, and directional support to field sales representatives

Monitor and coach RSRs through work-withs, individual skills development plans, and provide performance feedback

Interview and hire RSR candidates with the right skills and motivation to represent General Mills

Effectively manage team coverage against the retail deployment model to ensure RSRs are efficiently operating within an assigned territory

At least 3-4 years relevant experience

Payroll and schedule management to maximize productivity and enhance customer experience

2-4 years retail management experience

Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Basic Inventory, Scheduling and Payroll management

Demonstrated Field Sales and Retail/Broker experience within the CPG industry

Significant working knowledge of Broker Retail structure and Go-To-Market strategy
