Job Summary:As a Performance-Based Investment Banker, you will play a pivotal role in driving our financial growth and strategic initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert financial advice, execute transactions, and help us secure funding opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including valuation modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies and initiatives aligned with our business goals.
• Prepare comprehensive investment materials, pitch decks, and financial models to present to potential investors.
• Negotiate deal terms, structure transactions, and facilitate the closing process.
• Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to senior leadership, contributing to key business decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate potential funding opportunities, including venture capital, private equity, debt financing, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the drive to achieve results.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or Series 7 are a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully closing investment deals and achieving financial targets.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and capital-raising techniques.
• Proven experience as an Investment Banker or similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
• Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
