In partnership with leader and Education team, support the execution of elevated training opportunities.

Plan and execute in-store events including elevated brand experience events and provide in-store partnership to achieve sales targets.

Account data files: prepare and submit all the necessary files for assortment, novelty introduction, FIFO management, pricing implementation, product information.

Support Regional Director by collecting and sharing Local Market Best practices to Distributors

Support Regional Director for Airlines and Cruises operators defining specific strategy, forecast and implementation

Pricing: support Regional Director in the pricing process

Knowledge of claims management programs such as Filtrac

Updates job and industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;

Business development and marketing skills

Written, oral communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of estimating programs such as Xactimate and Symbility

Coordinate closely with internal finance team to ensure sales revenue is collected properly; execute claims processes when there are payment discrepancies

Develop and monitor reporting and dashboard tools to understand sales performance and KPIs; build out sales forecasting capabilities

Report on completed shipments and accurately fill out retailers' ASN and Invoice requirements

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional Cirkul team members and retailers' operations teams

Experience working with reports, systems and ERP to support decision making process

Improve efficiency of current retail processes and document with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
