Required Skills, Abilities & Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred; an equivalency can be used based on experience and education.

Minimum of two (2) years experience in a community-based program for the developmentally disabled.

Administrative experience with the direct supervision of staff.

Provide supervision of assigned staff within AWARE Group Homes.

Supervise and apply treatment plans of those living in the group home.

Responsible for crisis and emergency management in an effort to maintain the health and safety of our residents at all times.

Education, licensure, and certifications will be verified in accordance with the Human Resources Division's Hiring Guidelines.

Provides direct oversight to 10 homes; has on-call responsibilities 24/7.

Maximize monthly revenues through oversight of Federal Reimbursement for Services as well as the SNAP Program (Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program).

Ensure all staff is educated in Human Rights and that all Human Rights are being respected.

Maintain compliance with the Individualized Service Plans, ensuring all staff maintain required training.

Minimum two years of Supervisory Experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities

Shift: 7:30am – 8:00pm Team: Day A

Shift: 7:30am – 8:00pm Team: Day B

Shift: 7:30pm – 8:00am Team: Night A

Shift: 7:30pm – 8:00am Team: Night B

EXPERIENCE: Experienced (minimum two years of job-related experience)

Relevant experience working with clients with severe and persistent mental illness.

Collaborates with the Residential Operations Manager to increase opportunities for volunteers in residential programs.

Works in collaboration with the Residential Operations Manager to assist in coordinating shelter and Bridges volunteer projects.
