Our program helps clients address addiction and related issues , increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive service, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Residential programs run 24/7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, Medication support services, and crisis intervention.

HealthRIGHT 360, is a 200 bed residential facility for adult men who are in custody and on parole. We provide comprehensive substance use disorder and mental health services. Treatment episode ranges in time from 6 months to 12 months. HealthRight-360 is a fast-based environment where communication is paramount in order to provide cutting edge services to men in a residential treatment setting as well as their families. Our goal is to reintegrate persons served back into the community with the necessary skills to remain substance and crime free.

Monitors are responsible for maintaining and assessing the safety and security of the program and residents while providing a supportive treatment environment. Through effective communication, Monitors relay relevant information to other staff members of the interdisciplinary team and performs crisis intervention as needed. Monitors ensure that the treatment environment is safe and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Documents client updates and incidents in the facility log daily.
• Performs house runs to ensure and maintain accountability of all clients and the safety and security of the facility.
• Appropriately files any outstanding paperwork.
• Performs crisis intervention and communicates with treatment team as unforeseen situations arise.
• Remains alert during the entire shift.
• Maintains tracking sheet and sends to the appropriate departments before the end of the shift.
• Performs CPR and First Aid as needed.
• Attends required trainings and meetings.
• Coordinates fire watch with residents.
• Ensure all house laundry is completed.
• May work weekends and holidays as needed.

And, other duties as assigned.

Education And Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Must not be on active parole or probation.
• Ability to pass and maintain a CDCR security clearance, includes FBI and DOJ.
• First Aid Certified.
• CPR Certified.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
