Research Participant Recruiting Coordinator Jobs

HS graduation and demonstrated skills to successfully perform the assigned duties and responsibilities; and/or equivalent experience/training.

Knowledge of database building/analysis, and data management within some of the following: MS Access, MS Excel and REDCap platforms.

Effective verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with participants, team members, other departments, and outside institutions.

Excellent organizational skills and careful attention to detail.

Certification by the Society of Clinical Research Associates or the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, human-computer interaction, sociology) or equivalent practical experience.

Previous experience in participant recruitment or coordination, preferably in a user research or usability testing environment.

This role can be performed fully remotely by anyone with US residency and authorization to work in the United States.
