Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Partnering with Clinical Pharmacist Intern Leader to co-lead pharmacy interns and manage contact center performance

Addressing and documenting areas requiring correction in technicians' behavior or performance and refer potential disciplinary problems to the Pharmacy Manager

Active Pharmacy Technician Registration/Certification for Florida

Recruiting, onboarding, training, re-training, managing and developing a team of pharmacy technicians and interns

Performing live monitoring of call center operations and queues, and addresses technical, operational, and coaching needs

Delivering ongoing feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and patient satisfaction

Develop, implement, and perform sophisticated technical assignments related to Electricity Energy Markets Management System (EMM) software applications.

This is a remote US position but ability to travel up to 10% is required.

7+ years of experience in Information Technology, with strong hands-on experience in Cloud Technologies or Systems Engineering.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting cloud solutions

Working knowledge of DevSecOps, focusing on Infrastructure Automation and Enhancement using any Orchestrator tools

Project Management: experience with the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.

Resolve customer problems via telephone, email, or case management system.

Escalate cases to management when customer satisfaction comes into question.

The starting pay range for this position is:
