Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.

This is a full time, remote position. Hours of Operations during the Open Enrollment (OE) period are:

Last 3 days of OE Hours of Operations will be 8am-10pm ET

Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts.

Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.

Process life event changes, demographic updates, disenrollment requests, and special enrollment periods as requested.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines across dozens of states and many carriers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-standard market in a multi-insurance carrier/ rater environment.

Experience working in a high volume and fast paced call center environment.

Experience with named non owner polices, understanding SR-22, and FR-44 state fillings is a plus.

Organizational and time management skills; must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Provides support and feedback as needed for product launches, continuous improvement activity and content management.

Works independently with transportation and delivery partners to ensure excellent service and experiences.

Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to exhibit positive customer service.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.

Accurately forecast projected new students on a periodic basis for Director of Admissions and Senior level management.

Seeking 2+ years of Admissions experience - heavy outbound calling experience

Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment, and determine appropriateness of candidates for admission based upon career goal compatibility.

Consistently conduct follow-up meetings with all applicants, daily, weekly or as needed to ensure successful matriculation.

Assist other personnel and departments with data collection and problem-solving.

Be an active participant in team activities and initiatives.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing an excellent customer experience.

1+ years experience in customer-related services.

Comprehensive spelling and grammar skills.

Basic knowledge of computers and mobile devices.

Ability to learn and retain knowledge of product line, prices, and promotions.
