Research and quote various parts of the itinerary such as cruises, cars, hotels, activities, sporting events or concerts.

Present professional style quote to client

Book and collect credit card payments from clients.

Monitor trip changes and adjust schedules as necessary.

One (1) to two (2) years’ experience of revenue cycle management or billing experience in the healthcare field

Alerts the RCM Supervisor or RCM Manager regarding late or missing documents required for billing.

Strong communication skills, oral and written.

Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Customer service or relevant experience

2 years' experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Offer technical assistance to students and instructors for proprietary applications using administrative tools, support documents, and knowledge
