Bachelor’s degree in a related field w/ 14 years of experience designing and implementing infrastructure technology

Three to Five years of previous experience with release and change control management

Hands-on experience with issue tracking, change control, and release management (Atlassian tool suite: JIRA, Confluence)

Experience in managing multiple client’s hosted applications preferably for data and workflow management, and file manipulations in different cloud environments.

Oversee infrastructure to ensure optimal cost management.

Assist in process improvement and release management

Manage client environments and schedule upgrades.

Consult with users, product marketing and product management to determine software/system functionality and scope of technical specification document (TSD)

Identify development tasks and track progress against project plans utilizing TFS or other SDLC management tools

Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Developers, DBAs, Configuration Management and QA team

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education. Masters Degree preferred.

Assess new technologies relevant to company business, evaluate benefits and outline presentation of new innovations to meet business objectives

Working knowledge of development methodologies (e.g. Agile, CMMI)

1+ years of experience in release management of mobile applications

Create release tools to automate release management tasks

Jira and TestRail for test/defect management

Manage release branches, review late release and production fixes

3+ years of experience developing and maintaining automation UI and/or API based test frameworks

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins and GitHub

Maintains release management schedule for all systems.

Attends change management and deployment planning meetings to collect data and information pertaining to the release.

Identifies opportunities to make tactical improvements to the release management process.

Creates release management standards to be followed.

Works closely with the Change Management team to stay current on all change, configuration and internal controls standards and processes.

Understand and utilize best practices in ITIL Release and Change Management, including source code control systems (BitBucket/Git/etc.)

Experience with Agile project management / software development methodologies preferred

Work with the Innovation Portfolio Management team (IPM) on program execution and operational excellence

Support, including at times leading, the management of multiple projects and resources across multiple time zones including offshore

One year in scrum master or project management role required.

Assist tracking the execution of Program Objectives, features, and capabilities

Help manage risks and dependencies, escalate and track Program and Portfolio impediments
