5+ years of experience in a service management role - planning, organizing and delivering impactful service improvements in complex technical environments

Experience in defining and delivering product roadmaps and lifecycle management

Provide transparency and visibility to application landscape health and issues, through periodic communications and management reporting, as appropriate.

Experience of working in a multi-vendor outsourced environment and with remote offshore teams

Ensure seamless operations with minimal disruption, of current applications, in support of National Grid’s business requirements and service level agreements.

Manage the operational relationship with, and performance of, suppliers and service providers, to ensure contractual agreements are met.

Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills in the printing industry.

Leads escalated customer account activities, both on-site and remotely, from a technical and customer service aspect to resolution.

In-depth technical knowledge ofthe Flexographic printing process, and an in-depth knowledge of plate interaction with the printing process

Bachlors degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years trade experience in flexographic printing

Experience leading a technical support organization

Strong business acumen including negotiation & financial analysis skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the pool industry or a related service industry.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for service management and data analysis.

3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience

Assist in the management of other store operations areas as needed.

Manages the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPS, including the continuous flow process.

Supports the Store Manager and others in areas including but not limited to staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.

Monitors the receiving process, transfers, debits, damages, and charge-backs and partners with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain the accuracy of inventory.

Manage and develop regional service team into a modern, professional and cost efficient business unit with customer focus.

Manage the recruitment process and strategic placement of roles within the operational organization.

Maintain documentation/certification records relevant to this training.
