Bachelor’s degree or a combination of equivalent education / work experience.

Outstanding record of leadership and management success.

Support knowledge dissemination to the operational lane to help them become proficient in the business.

Interfacing with functional area project managers to track status of clinical practice activities.

Develop positive relationships with local leaders and area project managers and practices to facilitate tracking and reporting of initiatives.

5+ years of senior living sales and marketing experience, including management experience

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and marketing metrics and reports for senior management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Train and mentor community sales teams to improve their sales skills and ensure they meet or exceed their goals.

Strong knowledge of the senior living industry and market trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
