In partnership with operations Develop skill matrices and training plan that supports the ongoing development of our logistics planning teams

Proven experience with all modes of transportation

· 5+ years' experience Manufacturing Environment, preferable within a Process Industry

· 5+ years of work experience in Continuous Improvement (driving change, leading Kaizen and meeting/exceeding KPIs)

· Ability to motivate and energize the team for quality improvement through strong interpersonal and leadership skills

· Leads the quality improvement goals and objectives

· Leads and coordinates the use of a common continuous improvement project selection and priority setting process

Lead all standardized continuous improvement activities across the site.

Act as a change agent, systematically driving a continuous improvement culture.

Champion, report on site productivity savings to meet AOP goals.

Identify business opportunities for improvement.

Identify internal and external best practices and share them across the site.

Help maintain an ongoing project funnel, being filled from all areas of the business.

Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

8 years of experience with lean manufacturing in the food and beverage industry

Working knowledge of concepts, such as TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.

Demonstrated leadership skills in a relevant discipline, adaptable to change, and quick to learn.

Excellent organizational and planning skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

BS Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities

Line operations experience working in a production or supply chain environment: Production supervision, materials, sourcing, distribution, logistics, planning, quality, or service
