Identifies and implements program or project solutions that improve the candidate or hiring manager experience and ensures seamless delivery.
Manages calendars, makes travel reservations, processes expense reports and miscellaneous paperwork to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Accommodates candidate needs and unforeseen logistics issues related to travel and interviews. Books travel and defines logistics, expenses, and reimbursement.
Composes responses to inquiries and directs to appropriate personnel. Distributes requests for information, tracks progress, and follows up on actions taken.
This is a long term contract and hybrid to Riverwoods, Il.
