Liaise with the Visual Merchandising and Wholesale Managers NA to set up a travel plan and book appointments in stores;

Prepare feedback reports for the Visual Merchandising and Wholesale Managers NA;

Visit all key accounts in the region at least two (2) times each season;

Ensure the VM is in line with the brands' image and guidelines;

Check the visual standards with store staff;

Instruct store staff on maintenance and changes between visits;

Strong working knowledge and experience in the areas, industry, and emerging trends of corporate security and/or law enforcement information managerial programs

Utilize investigative skills that can interface with law enforcement

Effectively manage our Guest Reception teams and processes

Deep knowledge base- You know the ins and outs of governing and authoritative codes and compliance to ensure nothing gets missed

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience

6+ years of professional experience in law enforcement, military, or corporate security

• Returns, Repairs and Alterations management: tracking and facilitating operations for Ecomm, retail, and concession stores, alike

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a mid-large corporate setting

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce, ideally in Luxury

• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

• Review all customer care inquires E-Commerce and physical stores via Email, LiveChat, telephone, SMS and WhatsApp

• Act as a personal concierge and stylist for the client

Oversee all staff members' project management, organizational, and time management skills in order to lead several projects in a fast-paced setting.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of ten (10+) years management experience.

Improve present business operations management by emphasizing process improvement and efficiency.

Develops and/or coaches the regional management team to ensure that their full potential is realized.

Oversee East Coast human capital management, collaborating closely with the HR management team.

Working knowledge of OSHA and preference for OSHA 30 certification.
