Quality Improvement Engineer Jobs

Knowledge of Aseptic (HTST) Processing Systems and requirements.

Minimum 3-5 years experience in plant operations (preferably food/beverage) and/or process system design and commissioning required.

Previous experience with CMMS systems required.

Extensive previous experience in plant and equipment operation and reliability improvement required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.

Coordinate with Engineering the integration of customer requirements to the supply chain.

Manage engineering changes from the standpoint of change to the PPAP

Job Title: Quality Engineer/Continuous Improvement (No Remote)

Complies with all safety and health guidelines, quality standard practices/procedures and housekeeping standards.

Participate in Advanced Quality Planning activities.

Provide technical and administrative support as needed.

Previous experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel, Project Management, SAP and CAD

Develop scope of work, engineering and detail work requirements for improvement work orders.

Develop cost projections for improvement work.

Design and implement projects from the construction phase to the completed project.

Develop new equipment files as it relates to new installations.

Develop equipment parts catalog for all new equipment.

Experience: 7+ years clinical healthcare experience

Certification: Certification in quality (e.g. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality or CPPS) required within 2 years

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:

5 years Minimum years of quality, EHR, or health care related experience

EPIC or other Certified EMR experience

Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Improvement philosophy, methodologies and applications

Attention to detail and analytical skills

Bachelor's Degree heath care related field.

Has proven leadership skills and able to manage both vertically and horizontally

Possesses basic statistical knowledge and the ability to apply statistics to product and process improvement projects

Has sufficient experience within the Company to be able to understand the organization and its business processes

Has at least a certification as a Green Belt, and has received certification as a Lean implementer

Has proven effective interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise influence without authority

Process improvement and documentation for quality projects; create process flow diagrams; oversee implemented changes; write test plans based off technical requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience, training or coursework. (R)

Minimum two years of experience as a business analyst analyzing data for the purpose of informing business decisions. (R)

Ability to write test plans based off technical requirements. (R)

Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate confidence/evidence that a product or service will satisfy given contractual/explicit customer requirements.
