We are seeking an experienced Compliance Marketing Associate for a broker dealer client.

Oversee business regarding marketing materials and marketing communications for broker dealer.

Review marketing materials and ensure consistency with US and International regulatory standards

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with suppliers, team members, management, and stakeholders.

· Develop, revise, enhance and maintain Quality Management supporting procedures and documentation.

· Knowledge of EMC and Safety regulatory requirements.

· Knowledge of NEBS regulatory requirements, such as GR-63 and GR-1089.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and proficiency in general Quality Engineering methodology:

· Experienced in Quality inspection monitoring and measurement techniques for complex electronic assemblies and components.

Conduct tests manually or automatically during the development/testing/optimizing phases of SAP IAG software offering.

Actual working experience with software development and operation lifecycle is essential.
