Position Summary
This position is an administrative position handling mainly clerical to administrative work within the department and in a team environment. This position supports most other department positions and requires the person to understand the functions of their position and how it affects the departments workflow and how it affects each person’s actual work.
Essential Functions
· Onboarding new clients in company systems
· Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
· Manage plan projects and data needs
· Invoice for services and products as necessary
· SalesForce queue support
· Assist with projects and audits
· Record communications in PSL and SF as needed. Record time entry in PSL as needed.
· Knowledge of department and company systems (PSL, SF, Flexman, etc.) as required for your position
· Attend required trainings
· Other duties as assigned
