Define a roadmap for ISO 9000 (and relevant standards) Quality System Certification

Create a company dashboard for quality KPI in collaboration with the other quality managers and relevant stakeholders

Manage the day-to-day execution of food traceability from supplier to restaurant; managing product removals when they are necessary.

Manage the team responsible for real-time monitoring of food quality reports from restaurants.

Manage supplier label compliance for traceability.

7 - 9 years System/IT/Configuration and administrative support experience in an FDA regulatory industry preferably in a Quality and Operations function

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to clearly explain and visualize processes and workflows.
