Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project management or similar function

Project management across the team’s projects/events/campaigns

Manage and update internal trackers and documents and share daily updates with the Brand Activations & Sponsorships team

3-5 years of project management experience

Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan on HRF’s task management platform (Monday.com)

Performing risk management analyses to minimize project risks

BA in business, management, or related field, from an accredited college or university

Proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., Monday.com, Airtable), project management methodologies, and best practices

Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

Provide highly skilled technical and management advice and assistance to functional management and personnel.

A minimum of 5-7 years of business experience in Project Management within complex or large-scale projects is required

Experience planning and implementing change management for projects with global, multi-regional, cross company impact, or large scale user impact is preferred.

Program Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification is preferred.

Collaborate, challenge and influence peers, subordinates and senior management.

Previous experiences within supply chain, HR, IT and Finance preferred

Develop, monitor and analyze key financial metrics, providing meaningful insights to our senior management,

Assist in the preparation of quarterly compliance packages, board presentations and financial updates for our executive management and investors,

Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting data and insights to an executive audience.

Collaborate with the SVP Finance and Head of Strategy to develop and execute GBI’s financial planning and analysis strategy,

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with NetSuite and/or similar accounting/ERP platform,

Succinct report preparation and presentation skills suitable for management-level communication.

10+ years of relevant finance experience, including experience in financial planning and analysis & strategy in a corporate environment.

Manage and continue to grow a team.

A Bachelor’s required in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or other relevant fields (Master’s Degree preferred).

Experience leading and developing a team.

Excellent proficiency in accounting, corporate finance, and financial modeling concepts.

Experience with headcount planning, annual budgeting, vendor management, etc. is a must

5+ yrs experience in total (Primarily in FP&A at fast growing business)

Experience in healthcare or other service delivery business preferred but not required

Experience in high-growth, fast paced company preferred but not required

Superior excel and presentation building skills (building forecast models)

Knowledge of Pigment, Salesforce, Netsuite a plus

Be a key contributor to ongoing processes and improvements related to budget management, spend approvals, AP, and accruals

5+ years of relevant finance experience preferred; SaaS and/or IoT experience strongly preferred

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience developing and delivering presentations

Experience partnering with Senior Leadership and ability to influence at all levels of an organization

Manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision, working in team environments or independently

Experience with headcount reconciliation and month-end budget/forecast vs actuals reconciliation

Collaborates with brand/innovation, wider customer marketing and sales/activation organization to deliver brand activity and requirements on time in full (OTIF)

Comfort with organizational change and experience with customers (Bev Alc. ideally) and the 3-Tier RTM a significant advantage.

The role leads our overall BTL marketing investments to ensure optimized delivery of annual targets.

Stewardship of BTL brand A&P budget to support BTL agency and other 3rd party work in support of the brand(s).

Provide strategic guidance on BTL growth driver investment through planning process.

Run T&E budget with discretion to improve agenda and impact for brands.
