Manage all the e-retail projects for WFJ and F&B

Technical Skills: Strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint capabilities/know how a must.

People Leadership of medium sized direct teams and large indirect teams. Strong focus on indirect people management and peer-level influencing

Manages high complexity and insights from multiple sources to build string arguments with ease

Highly developed experience on how to put data at the heart of the business

Experience in commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing)

Strong capabilities of out-of-the-box thinking and innovation

7-10 years of relevant professional experience; Project Management, finance, or management information systems experience a plus

Leads the project management functional aspect for implementations of critical Global Project, Program and Medical Systems initiatives to drive successful execution.

Ability to create & manage complex projects, including budget management & fiscal awareness

An ability to lead and manage in a matrixed structure and in a collaborative team environment

Fluency in written and spoken English required, with excellent communication skills

Experience in Medical Affairs would be a plus

Education, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zincmaps, and Smartsheets.

Utilize effective change management best practices.

Three or more years’ experience working with the Agile Methodology; SCRUM master certification or PMP, a plus.

Proficient in use of project management and documentation tools.

Clearly define and document business stakeholder requirements.

Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.

Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.

Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.

Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.

Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.

Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
