Project Management Excellence Senior Manager Jobs in Missouri

5+ years of demonstrated Project Management experience with large, complex operations.

Build cross-functional support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.

Manage end-to-end cross-functional projects using a combination of data, context, and business judgment to get to the right outcomes.

Strategic thinker who can manage complexity and conflicting priorities; ability to identify growth opportunities, turn ideas into action, and generate outcomes.

Articulate and proactive doer with excellent listening and communication skills. Excellent written communication is a must-have in our hybrid working environment.

Experience in fast-growth SaaS technology companies.

People leadership/management experience (direct or indirect reports)

Project Management certification or formal training

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience

Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects/programs

Green and/or Black Belt certification in Lean or Six Sigma

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for collaborating/influencing across functions to drive business success
