Uses customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively

Fire protection experience is a plus

0-3 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: starting at $24/hr. and can go up depending on experience

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Coordinates and facilitates important or sensitive communications on behalf of the organization and management

Experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as vice presidents, directors, and managers.

1+ years of experience in partnering with executives to develop and manage the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams.

Associate SLS Program Management Support

Manages the Leaders’ schedule in close coordination with the First Line Leaders and team leads

Manages office environment including ordering of office supplies and inputting and tracking service and safety requests in Maximo and Enablon
