Manages the Leaders’ schedule in close coordination with the First Line Leaders and team leads

Manages office environment including ordering of office supplies and inputting and tracking service and safety requests in Maximo and Enablon

Communicating verbally with students, customers and management officials.

Compiles reports on all National Fire Academy training and education activities.

Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements.
