Requires one to three years of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
Prepares and modifies a variety of documents, i.e.: training/education plans, individual needs assessments, staff development plans and training certificates.
Gathers and collates information to prepare data-related reports for the training and development manager and the human resources team.
Completes and carries out data entry, compiles reports and maintenance activities.
Some college and/or specialized training or certification in administrative work.
Requires good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
