10+ years of relevant experience in the Defense/ Aerospace industry (DOD)

Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years of related experience.

Datacenter construction or project management experience

Provide team oversight and performance management

Manage the selection, contracting, and integration of multiple vendors and internal partners

Facilitate decision-making to drive solutions, schedules, and manage change as required

Apply influence, strategies, and negotiation skills to identify options and recommend solutions

Work closely with engineers and product management to translate business requirements into technical/functional specifications for our firmware, software, and AI teams

Bachelors degree with 6+ years of program/project management and 2+ years of engineering experience.

Build project plans and manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery.

Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines.

Experience driving multiple products through a complete lifecycle

Technical knowledge of Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.

Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in green infrastructure or stormwater management projects.

Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Communicate with and manage engineering and/or construction management subcontractors retained to assist Greenprint with project oversight.

Familiarity with sustainable practices and principles in stormwater management.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project goals, specifications, and requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, landscape designers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

Education, Work Experience, And Professional Certifications

Management and execution of 10-15 high profile events each year. Responsible for planning and procuring inventory and non-inventory items

High level of golf skills, knowledge, and terminology are must. Golf handicap index less than 10 is preferred.

Experience and/or knowledge of the sports promotion industry are preferred.

Manage department financial health and tracking via monthly actuals vs budget analysis, detailed product spends and annual AOP modeling

Manages social media engagement strategy for Staff professionals and National Fitters Council, including driving content and awareness.
