Degree in Business Management, or other relevant area; MBA preferred

Own and manage complex projects

Lead team that defines and drives vision and requirements of projects and programs in execution

8+ years of relevant work experience

Outstanding presentation, communication, and facilitation skills

Set vision and strategy for next gen PMO

3+ years of program management, business analytics experience

Experience in product, program, and/or project management in leading cross-functional teams to continuously improve the business and define what is next

4+ years of experience in developing functional requirements and SOW to create new tools or to improve processes

Bachelors degree, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

5+ years’ experience leading operations, supply chain and/or logistics teams

5+ years experience in Analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, Smartsheets, and Tableau

5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations management.

Oversee regional revenue and cost accounting, collaborating with the national revenue cycle management team to ensure accuracy.
