Sr Program Director Of Food Bank Operations Jobs in Illinois

Superior analytical and writing skills, with a talent for translating complex, detailed information into clear and compelling language

At least three to five years of relevant work experience in successful proposal writing and foundation relations within the nonprofit sector

At least one to two years experience in managing the work and production of others, including cross-departmental contributors

Knowledge of local government, Illinois State legislative structure, and legislative process

Knowledge of budgeting and basic accounting principles

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, relational databases, and government portals

Maintains knowledge to manage and direct the tasks performed by the Bank Operations Teams effectively and efficiently.

Coach, develop, and conduct performance management activities with direct and indirect reports.

Bachelor’s degree required, and 10 or more years of experience in a similar role.

Experience working with technology to drive efficiency.

Develops and maintains all policies and procedures related to Bank Operations and ensures compliance with all applicable banking and State/Federal regulations.

Develops actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with Service Level Agreements and short-term and long-term objectives of business partners.
