Sr Program Director Of Food Bank Operations Jobs in Arkansas

2 years of people management experience

Own and manage contract management for all vendors supporting operations in-person or virtual events for programs (e.g., hotels, transportation, etc.)

Oversee and manage budgets and vendor/consultant relationships with a focus on maintaining a net-neutral or net-positive budget.

Manage one member of the Program Operations team.

Provides program-related data to the development team for reporting on funder and grant requirements.

Manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including establishing cross-functional teams or communications loops.

Experience in business planning, strategy, operations and some finance preferred

Own the roll up OPEX budget- tracking including headcount and liaison monthly with HR and Finance

10+ years’ experience with BS or equivalent; MBA is preferred

Outstanding facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills

Effective interpersonal skills and strong executive presentation development and delivery skills

Organized, resourceful, creative, energetic, and focused

Ability to recruit, train, develop and mentor plant management and field talent.

Knowledge to understand and follow the Health, Safety, Environmental and Regulatory requirements for anaerobic digestion and gas upgrading facilities.

Making frequent unplanned site visits to ensure 100% compliance with safety practices, operating permits & regulatory reporting requirements.

Ability to manage confidential information with the highest degree of professional responsibility.

Excellent written & oral communication skills (required)

Experience with relevant process equipment, components, and SCADA systems such as Wonderware, Factory Talk or Ignition required.

Plus 5+ years workforce management solutions experience (MSP and VMS) with a minimum of 3 years in Program Management

Educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management.

Serve as a liaison between the client stakeholders, nextSource senior management team, payroll, billing, technology, human resources and sales

Work to ensure high adoption of programs and minimal change management issues.

Expertise with multiple Vendor Management Systems, including but not limited to SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, COUPA, ElevateVMS

Up to date, expert knowledge of the industry, and its product and offerings

10+ of Corporate FP&A Experience

Significant Experience leading Teams and Developing Talent

Experience working with Tech or SAAS Companies

MBA or Advanced Degree Preferred
