10+ years of multi-unit full-service restaurant or high-end retail food management experience

Work with Asset Management team to ensure proper R&M as well as coordination of upgrades

Partner with Store teams to ensure the integration of our Food & Beverage division into the customer experience

Cultivate a customer centric culture; be a vocal advocate for needed improvements to support the in-store customer experience
