Overview The IT Production Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support to production systems and applications. This includes troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of hardware and software. The IT Production Support Technician must have a strong understanding of IT systems and be able to work with a variety of users. Detailed Job Description The IT Production Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support to production systems and applications. This includes troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of hardware and software. The IT Production Support Technician must have a strong understanding of IT systems and be able to work with a variety of users. The IT Production Support Technician will be responsible for responding to user requests, resolving technical issues, and providing technical support to production systems and applications. The IT Production Support Technician will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, ensuring system availability, and providing technical support to users. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in IT production support
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of networking and system administration
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash
• Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL and Oracle
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
