20%- Manage day to day processes related to areas of responsibility; Create and maintain project work plans

This position reports to the Senior Manager Ops Process Services.

Strong business, functional and/or knowledge for their area of responsibility

A pioneer in Change Management with the ability to transfer strategic policy into operational success.

Lead’s and manages the SP’s to exceed expectations as a high performance supplier.

Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels from factory Floor to Board level

Be accountable for all Production Operations related activities within the assigned SP/s.

Drive the Tapestry strategies across to build strong and effective cross-functional relationships with the service provider.

Drive recommendations to improve process, record keeping and resulting actions in the SP’s quality assurance systems.

Assist in planning for all Remote events, including the scheduling, organizing, and shipping of all production related assets, to/from Remote events.

Oversee Studio Asset Inventory and movements in Service Now, in conjunction with Physical Asset Manager.

5+ years’ experience in production and/or event planning

Working knowledge of MediaPulse (or other show budget creation and tools)

Prior operations, production and/or technical experience

Work with various internal stakeholders in the scheduling and assignment of NFL LA spaces, related to productions and/or events.

Assist in planning for all Remote events, including the scheduling, organizing, and shipping of all production related assets, to/from Remote events.

· Minimum of five (5) years of health care administration or process management experience.

· Exposure to agile and waterfall project management methodologies and tools.

· Minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience preferred.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Experience with MS SharePoint.

· Experience in training staff in front-office procedures preferred.

Performs other position related duties as specified by management

Lead and manage staff, labor, and vendors to achieve established safety, financial and production goals.

Responsible for maintaining staff discipline during the shift and communicate to Shift Manager as needed.

Supervise and ensure smooth execution of gates activities and diligently manage exceptions with the Gate manager.

Leads other responsibilities/projects/initiatives as required.

Collaboration - Ability to exchange and adapt skills when working together across boundaries

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Bachelor's Degree and/or vocational/technical certification

3-5 years of leadership experience (manufacturing/warehouse setting preferred)

Knowledge with USPS postal regulations

3-5 years of leadership experience

Review technical requirements and specifications of the new processes, assuring they fulfill the productivity and investment targets defined.

How many years of Process Engineering experience do you have?

Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to direct, manage, and review the work of others

Collaborate with proposal team management to ensure consistent and proper allocation of team resources, monitor bandwidth, and plan for seasonality

Experience coaching and managing a team including managing the work or remote team members

Self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills

Experience with using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or PowerBI preferred

Independently identify and help resolve issues that may prevent the team from working effectively and efficiently

Knowledge / Experience / Education

Solution oriented and change management minded

3-5 years’ experience in a Manager level role

Professional written and verbal communication and listening skills

Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Bachelor’s Degree in any field and/or 7-10 years’ experience in manufacturing/production setting

Ability to meet operational and financial targets (labor efficiency, trailer management, scrap reduction, overflow management, transaction accuracy, downtime, etc.)

Manage daily operations through Key Performance Indicators (KPI), problem solving and driving continuous improvement to achieve the KPI targets

Coach and mentor the associate managers on standard work, problem solving and continuous improvement and effectively manage their performance

Training and development of associate managers, supervisors, leads and associates

Minimum 12 years as a material handling/logistics, supply chain manager in a manufacturing environment

Thorough knowledge of the Tesla Manufacturing process and all related activities

Excellent management and oral and written communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Performs special continuous improvement projects as assigned by management.

Bachelor degree in business, biological sciences, or food-related discipline or equivalent training in food and management disciplines desired.

Builds people capabilities through coaching and mentoring of direct reports. Provides performance evaluations for their team.

Proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience with ERP or production scheduling software systems desired.

Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
