Adapt creative concept layouts — scaling, cropping, retouch, or changing layout — as defined by business partners

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Location - US Based (Remote)

Collaborate with the team to understand the scripts and adapt them into visually appealing short video formats

Ensure that the videos are optimized for different platforms, including social media channels, to maximize engagement and reach.

Monitor the performance of the videos and analyze audience engagement data to make data-driven decisions for future video creation.

Demonstrated ability to convey complex narratives through concise and visually compelling storytelling.

5+ years of professional experience in the production artist field within an agency or in-house studio or equivalent experience.

Working knowledge of accessibility standards.

Collaborate closely and take direction from art directors, designers, and developers.

Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing.

Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.

Provide image retouching, clipping paths and additional image manipulation.

As a Junior Artist, your responsibilities will include the following:

Animation/ Pixel Art experience is a plus!

Must have the proper equipment and software as we do not offer these tools.

This position will be 100% REMOTE

Assist in developing a workflow that best suits the production of our working title.

Utilize various tools and software for the best possible result.

Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) communication software (Slack), Project Management tools (Asana) and Google Workspace (especially Slides, Docs and Sheets)

Apply technical art specifications from internal and external business teams to facilitate submissions/adherence with regulatory requirements (legal, FCC, FDA, CSPC, etc.)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design

Experience working with Epson Large Format Printer/Proofer and comfortable using a color spectrometer to maintain color on our proofing process

Create on-time, error-free, and ready-to-produce final artwork mechanicals

Create conceptually sound extensions of approved “typical” designs for additional project components across all Frida brands

Apply retouching skills to enhance visual elements.

Manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of packaging design, printing, materials, and structure.

3-5 years of Production Design experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Quality check each element for preparation of final production art files in order to maintain the highest quality print production qualifications

Work with Visual Merchandising team on translating artwork concepts into final production artwork.

Work on versioning artwork for various Markets, including North America, Europe and Middle East

Ensure artwork conforms to final die lines and tolerance for final die cutting and production.

Uphold brand consistencies and quality standards while maintaining regulatory content

Prepare final files for print production, and export.

3+ years proven prepress and product packaging production experience including press checks and color proofs

Strong design and production skills demonstrating an understanding of layout, composition, typography, color, proportion, etc. for both print and digital output

Ability to effectively manage priorities and work well against multiple competing deadlines

Able to manage projects from ideation to execution

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience

0-2 years ad agency account service or client side advertising management experience is preferred

Some knowledge of Workfront or equivalent project management software

Strong project management and communication skills

Assist Production Manager with maintaining landing pages and overall structure of MediaWorks platform

Effectively manage databases, metadata and project timelines

Assist Production Manager with creating and maintaining training materials to support MediaWorks admins and end users

Continual training to increase skill level

Exceptional coordination and multi-tasking skills

Producing an array of entertainment theatrical properties through Key Art, Outdoor, In Theatre

Creating templates, adapting creative and building production mechanical files utilizing relevant software

Reviewing design files and proactively solve production/creative issues

Requires a high degree of focus and extreme diligence in handling asset management, detail, typography, and maintaining 100% accurate page layouts.

7-10 years of experience as a production artist in an agency or brand.

High level of technical skill with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

The ability to traffic and manage assets for creative files is a must

Create on-time, error-free, and properly constructed artwork and mechanicals.

Adhere to print/web quality standards and sign-off procedures to ensure

Experience working within brand, print and web standards

3-5 years experience in a similar role at an in-house, brand or advertising agency

Exceptional coordination, organization, and multi-tasking skills

Sketch, Motion graphics, video editing and or 3D experience a plus

Adjust creative layouts to varying aspect ratios and dimensions for regional-specific placements

Must be fast & efficient, while managing multiple deadlines for numerous projects at any given time

Manage, organize and maintain design assets on our sever.

Work closely and take direction from the Off-Air Production Manager.

Work with production and project managers to deliver all projects on deadline.

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college in a related field and/or 5+ years working experience in design production.

Expert knowledge of the print production process, as well as printing techniques.

Working knowledge with Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Leverage illustration and animation skills to help develop content for the Shankstars game app

Leverage graphic design skills to help develop content to be used in marketing for the Shankstars game

Self-manage tasks to support the team goals within Agile sprint development

Integrate art assets directly into the game using the Unity game engine and test them in-game

Participate in art team meetings and relevant game team standups

1+ years Interest in gaming

Previous experience with eLearning authoring tools, including Elucidat and/or Articulate Storyline a strong benefit, but not required

Follow Account team & client instructions to produce digital and print artwork for the entertainment sector.

Lead the design process for print and static digital materials.

Work with client services teams to understand clients’ needs.

Freelance and pool work available for experienced production artists

Experience with various tools used in cutting and creation of signage required, including but not limited to X-ACTO knives and T-Square

Experience with spray and latex painting preferred

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work occasional weekend required
