Print Technician Jobs

Experience may substitute for education up to a maximum of four (4) years.

Starting salary will be based on overall relevant experience and education.

Experience with the use of an Automated Fingerprint Identification System (local, state or federal).

Knowledge of latent print practice and procedure.

Knowledge of crime scene policy and procedure.

Skill in oral and written communication.

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and knowledge, specifically the Excel and Word.

Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and align operations and project management processes to achieve business results.

Execute finished output and supporting documentation for equipment-specific manufacturing requirements

2+ years of experience Mail Merging/Document Print Prepping in a professional environment.

Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro

Demonstrated experience in developing strong working relationships with internal and external customers

Work with the project management team on PC builds and network equipment deployments

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of practical work experience in a manufacturing environment

Previous Screen Print Press operating experience REQUIRED

Ensure all information for an order is correct including grid information, inks, garments, and print guide.

Ink Maintenance/Controls – Ensure ink controls and SOPs are being followed at all times.

Must demonstrate a good attitude and lead by example when communicating while working with high sense of urgency and pace.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Drive revenue growth through effective online merchandising, digital marketing, and conversion optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement new technologies and initiatives.

Determine staffing requirements and conduct interviews

Candidate must have either Supervisory skills or 2 years minimum in the Printing Industry.

General knowledge and use of Oce and Canon digital monochrome and inkjet color print production printers and software is a plus.

Must be very detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Strong Leadership skills are required; must be able to coordinate the work of others effectively.

Must have strong planning skills with the ability to think proactively.

Strategies that drive action in today’s consumer using the full toolbox of today’s technology. LARGE SCALE ACQUISITION-RETENTION-CRM-PROGRAM OPTIMIZATION-DIGITAL EXPERIENCE.

Familiarity with The Chicago Manual of Style and The Associated Press Stylebook is necessary.
