Qualprint Digital, a Sampco Company, is hiring!

We are currently looking to hire a Print Technician for our large format digital print division located in Pittsfield, MA.

The Print Technician is responsible for owning the print process, from start to finish. In this role, you will ensure that production deadlines are met; jobs meet customer standards for quality and are on budget.

You will be accountable for learning, understanding and utilizing the proper equipment and software to determine the best outcome for the product. The Print Technician will ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of equipment including, but not limited to, loading paper, cleaning cartridges, refilling ink, replacing cartridges, calibrating printers, system flushing, etc. In addition, you will work with the shipping department to ensure all jobs are packaged and shipped properly.

The ideal candidate for Print Technician must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, uphold all safety policies to include maintaining cleanliness of the shop floor and keeping clear pathways.

We are looking for a team player with at least 2 years of experience in a print production environment. Experience with Fuji printers, Zund cutters, print and rip software a plus.
