Overview Power Test Technicians are responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and electronic systems. They use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems, and they must be able to read and interpret schematics and diagrams. Detailed Job Description Power Test Technicians are responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and electronic systems. They use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems, and they must be able to read and interpret schematics and diagrams. They must be able to identify and diagnose problems, and they must be able to make repairs and adjustments as needed. They must be able to work with a variety of electrical and electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, transistors, and integrated circuits. They must be able to use a variety of test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators. They must be able to use a variety of hand tools, such as soldering irons, wire strippers, and crimpers. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
