Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in space launch operations, range management, or a related field.

Collaborate with government agencies, private aerospace companies, and international partners to ensure compliance with regulations, launch requirements, and range capabilities.

4. Leadership and Team Management:

Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and infrastructure, to support operational needs.

Engage with range users, including commercial launch providers and government organizations, to understand their requirements and facilitate their operations.

In-depth knowledge of launch range operations, including range safety, tracking, and telemetry systems.

Monitors all incoming Employer Compliance data sources to determine appropriate division for case management system and automated processing activities.

Explains policy-reporting requirements to employer representatives, insurance agents and carriers.

Monitors incoming policy data to ensure coverage details meet Idaho proof of coverage requirements.

Experience monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors

Experience researching a variety of sources to solve problems

Experience interpreting, explaining, and applying regulations, laws, or complex policies to carry out assignments

Must be organized and detail-oriented with strong planning and problem-solving experience

Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Understanding of website accessibility requirements

Working closely on the redesign of the Rutgers-Newark main website

Proactively recommend new content for Newark.Rutgers.edu and identify the best formats to deliver that content (i.e. video, animation, web banners, etc

Creating original content, editing others content, and organizing and updating content for Newark.rutgers.edu
