The Position


This is a unique opportunity that includes overseeing and executing every aspect of a podcast. This role is perfect for a creative and personable individual who desires to develop a product that will touch our customers more consistently than any other effort. The Podcast Producer will not take over an existing podcast but will entirely stand it up. You will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of finding and interviewing personalities, writing and hosting each episode, and producing the podcast in a way that addresses the needs of business leaders. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who can easily connect with others and think creatively and strategically.


Roles And Responsibilities


  • Write, produce, and host a weekly podcast episode.
  • Write, capture, and create content that speaks to the needs of business decision-makers within the Corporate, Federal Government, and State and local industries.
  • Intentionally find and reach out to clients and others inside and outside our network to schedule interviews.
  • Regularly meet with your supervisor to assess the impact of your work on others using our 3A+ tool.
  • Develop innovative strategies to engagethe audience, build a strong listener base, and raise awareness of the podcast channel.
  • Manage the logistics of each interview, including sending out the necessary equipment and coordinating high-quality recording.


Required Capabilities


  • Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Calendly.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills; ability to tailor content to our overall audience of business leaders while highlighting the nuance of the different industries we work in.
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding and appreciation for our customer.
  • Must be confident and tenacious in pursuing information and connections and overcoming obstacles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to formulate and communicate original ideas.


Preferred Capabilities


  • A strong sense of urgency and responsiveness with the ability to multitask.
  • Project management capabilities.


Education And Experience


  • 1+ years creating strategic and creative content, either audio, video, or written preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.


Physical Requirements


  • Must have a dedicated quiet space to be set up as a st dio.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 40% of the time.
