Overview PMO (Project Management Office) is a department or group within an organization that is responsible for the coordination, planning, and management of projects. The PMO is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Detailed Job Description The PMO is responsible for the overall management of projects, including the development of project plans, the tracking of progress, the management of resources, and the communication of project status to stakeholders. The PMO is also responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables are met and that the project is completed on time and within budget. The PMO may also be responsible for the development of project management processes and procedures, as well as the implementation of project management tools and software.
