Overview A Personnel Administrator is responsible for managing the personnel functions of an organization. This includes overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees, as well as managing employee benefits, payroll, and other personnel-related activities. Detailed Job Description The Personnel Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of personnel functions. This includes recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees, as well as managing employee benefits, payroll, and other personnel-related activities. The Personnel Administrator is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to personnel matters, and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of personnel policies and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in personnel administration
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of personnel policies and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of employee benefits and payroll
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in personnel administration
• Experience in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures
