Requirements of Maintenance Personel:


  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.
  • Experience in plumbing/electrical/painting/construction is preferred, but not required. A willingness to learn is required.
  • Desire to work with the elderly.
  • Willingness to help in other departments as needed.
