The Office Assistant II will be responsible for the following duties:

• Process permit applications, including verifying information, collecting fees, and issuing permits.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information regarding permit applications and procedures.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Permit Center, including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and other documents.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Job Skills Required
