The Permit Center Office Assistant II is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to the Permit Center. This position is responsible for processing permit applications, providing customer service, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Permit Center. The Office Assistant II will be responsible for the following duties:

• Process permit applications, including verifying information, collecting fees, and issuing permits.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information regarding permit applications and procedures.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Permit Center, including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and other documents.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Job Skills Required
