Manage both inbound and outbound contacts

1+ years of high-volume customer service experience required or customer service focused roles

Experience with computers, the internet, and customer support tools

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Efficient organizational & time management skills

Data Entry and 10 key experiences

Basic Computer Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Mortgage Software Platform (MSP).

Two to four years of experience in business and general office environment

Process loan modification requests by reviewing terms, updating principle and interest.
