We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented Performing Operations Support Associate for our OSH Monetary Servicing Team. This Performing Operations Support Associate will be responsible for handling same day payment processing.

This position will be fulltime onsite at our Oshkosh, WI location. Schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm CT

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Performs general maintenance on accounts as requested in timely fashion
  • Generate reports reflecting these payments and then distributes data from this report to the designated departments.
  • Support team members in the completion of weekly assignments.
  • Process payment and payoffs for motor vehicle portfolio accurately and within established timelines and according to procedures.
  • Back-up in all other areas as needed on a daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
  • Key in and batch all manual payments from mail receipts into the appropriate system, reflecting payment

Basic Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in business and general office environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Good understanding of the business and broad office skills
  • Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong personal computer skills and knowledge of other office equipment
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Must be able to cope with irregular work schedules.
  • Well-developed verbal, grammatical, and written communication skills
