We are currently seeking a Performing Operations Support Associate for our Systems change team here in Owensboro, KY. This person will be responsible for performing research and making accurate and timely system changes in response to requests from other departments.

Working Model: Hybrid environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Schedules and working model are subject to change.

Other Duties:

  • Process loan modification requests by reviewing terms, updating principle and interest.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Strong communication skills and product knowledge are critical to success, as well as working collaboratively among stakeholders and help facilitate ongoing modifications.

Preferred Experience:

  • Ability to review, read and understand complex loan documents to accurately choose the correct loan codes
  • Presents a professional image in dealing with staff and other stakeholders
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to calculate interest and principle.
  • Ability to work closely with internal and external partners.
  • Basic Computer Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Mortgage Software Platform (MSP).
  • Efficient organizational & time management skills
  • Data Entry and 10 key experiences

Basic Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in business and general office environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
