The Performance Improvement Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patient outcomes, and developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The Performance Improvement Registered Nurse (RN) will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and effective manner. The Performance Improvement Registered Nurse (RN) will also be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to address them. The Performance Improvement Registered Nurse (RN) will also be responsible for providing education and training to staff on quality improvement initiatives.
