Overview People Operations Assistants are responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. They are responsible for ensuring that all HR processes and procedures are followed, and that all employee records are up to date and accurate. They also provide support to the HR team in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Detailed Job Description People Operations Assistants are responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This includes providing assistance with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. They are also responsible for ensuring that all HR processes and procedures are followed, and that all employee records are up to date and accurate. They will also provide support to the HR team in the areas of employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Previous experience in an administrative role
