Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Process all company background checks and escalate, as needed.

Some experience in a management position

Manage the MxD recruitment process, including managing external recruiting resources

Manage employee relations concerns with expertise and discretion, escalating concerns when appropriate

Provide salary recommendations to recruiting, hiring manager, and other appropriate parties within established guidelines

Minimum 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience

PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
